Born in the Scenic Rim in South East Queensland, The Pickling Project operates in the fertile valley that is nestled amongst majestic mountains that are the Gold Coast hinterland and the Great Dividing Range. We are surrounded by farms and food growers and are ideally located to source seasonal and excess produce directly from farms and turn it into jars of nutritious and delicious pickles, chutneys, relish, pastes and dressings.
Chutneys, Sauces, Relishes, Pesto's, Mustards and Krauts are seasonally inspired, so change all the time according to availability of produce.
